In our long-standing tradition as Germany's first pasta maker - since 1793 - everything revolves around pasta. In Erfurt, the geographical centre of Germany, we have specialised in the large-scale production of noodles and pasta of all kinds for the food retail trade and the processing industry. With our state-of-the-art production facilities, we are able to produce over 100 different shapes of pasta, as well as other individual requests. With an annual production of over 100,000 tonnes of pasta, we are by far the largest pasta manufacturer in Germany.
